Connie L. Kaplan, Psy.D., heads a firm for leadership and organizational development. Kaplan Consulting Group (KCG) assists organizations in achieving their strategic business objectives by capitalizing on the untapped potential of their most important asset - their people. KCG uses highly powerful motivational and performance engineering technologies (i.e., specialized humanistic behavioral tools, techniques and interventions) to supercharge performance. KCG's goal is to assist clients in mastering behavior change and in maximizing the relationship between the individual and the organization to reach a synergistic union of purpose and goals. Dr. Kaplan has worked in a coaching capacity with a wide range of clients, who have sought her help for leadership development, executive coaching and performance enhancement since 1985. Her clients include managers and executives from financial services, healthcare, insurance, marketing and retail industries. She has assisted them in achieving major transformations in their careers and businesses as they successfully cleared the challenging and constant changing hurdles along the path toward fulfilling their professional goals. A key focus for Dr. Kaplan in recent years has been helping people welcome change and turn it to their advantage rather than be debilitated by it. Dr. Kaplan took her undergraduate training at Pace University in Pleasantville, New York. She received a Masters in Science in Education and a Doctorate in Psychology from Pace University in New York City. She worked as a Forensic Psychologist and later developed a clinical practice in New York City. She has specialized in trauma, anger and stress management, conflict-resolution and divorce mediation. She has long used a systems approach, enabling her to help individuals live in a social world that warrants constructive interactions with others, institutions, and organizations. Her continued commitment to performance enhancement has led to her involvement in furthering the development of leaders and organizations. She has been trained and mentored by nationally known experts in organizational development and executive coaching. She is a Charter Principal of The Global Consulting Partnership™ (TGCP), a closely affiliated network of 250 entrepreneurial consultancies, each established by advanced degree behavioral experts that have been uniformly and comprehensively trained. She has founded and developed Kaplan Consulting Group, Inc. in order to expand her opportunities in applying her skills to strengthening organizations and individuals. |
